Expository Writing:

My favorite paragraph was the "Drive For Five" because I was there at all their games at the SBP so I got to experience the "drive". And it was amazing!!!

All theses paragraphs are expository because they include facts and useful information.

These examples are expository writing because they inform you about something or someone in a step by step pattern but in paragraph form and that is how this is expository writing.

Hey Mr.Speer,
The paragraphs were expository paragraphs because they gave me information that i didn't know before. The paragraphs taught me something about the sports stories and events that went on this year. For example,
Tiger Woods had knee surgery in 2008.
i didn't know that...

These articles are examples of expository writing because they list lots of facts in the articles. They also use define terms and show cause and effect because when you have 13 men on the feild when it's realy 12 men it was not a good effect on Saskatchewan but it was for Montreal! Like they say ones lost is someone elses gain!!!

I think that all of these sport articles are expository paragraps because they inform you of events, an expository paragraph is a paragraph that informs you or gives you instructions. My favorite article was Men of Steel.

The "Purple Reign" article I thought was a great exspository paragraph because it had impact when Brett Favre kept on changing teams until he assigned himself on a team where he showed he still got game.

hey Mr Speer,
These articles are all examples of expository paragraphs because the purspose of writting expository paragraphs is to provide information, including facts, instructions, and definitions with detail in the form of a paragraph. My favorite article was "The 13th Man" because it was well presented (easy to follow/not confusing) and was very informative.
